O Elfo pode esclarecer melhor pq esses personagens são de FR, mas pelo que me consta, Hazlik (dark lord que veio de Thay) e Jander Sunstar também se enquadram nesse exemplo.
O Sunstar/Sundstar não se encaixa nessa descrição, ele apareceu em Forgotten Realms ( ou melhor, era citado e até mereceu espaço no Villain´s Lorebook, mesmo não sendo um vilão de Forgotten Realms ). E quanto ao Hazlik, não me lembro de ele ser citado em Spellbound ou Dreams of the Red Wizards.
